Founded in August 2023 with a heart for ministry and a vision to support organizations dedicated to spreading the love and compassion of Jesus, Givers Harvest has quickly grown into a trusted partner for nonprofits, business leaders, and donors alike.

At GiversHarvest, our team is comprised of passionate individuals who are deeply committed to our mission and values. With diverse backgrounds and experiences, we come together with a shared purpose: to serve relentlessly, with compassion and persistence.

Mayada Naami
Mayada Naami is a Canadian Iraqi Christian author, speaker, and founder and president of GiversHarvest. Mayada moved to the United States in 1997 and now calls Dallas, Texas her home. Her ministry is headquartered in Texas and mainly serves nonprofits who are struggling with finding the resources they need to operate a successful organization. With over 20 years experience in operations management, she applies the wisdom of the Word of God and her experience as a successful business leader to help grow small businesses and nonprofit organizations into the big business God is calling them to be.

Toby Buclalew
Mr. Toby Buckalew is the CIO of Fortune Beast Management, developing and leading the technology strategy and growth for the organization and their partners. He is also the Chairman of the United American Health Association and President/CEO of the Association for Business Technology Professionals. He is an accomplished CIO with more than 30 years of experience and success in multiple industries including healthcare, military retail, and higher education, among others. He leverages his experiences to bring the best practices from each industry together in solving unique challenges.
Gina McConnachie
Gina holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Marketing and a Master Degree in Management. Gina is a Technical Recruiter and a Realtor and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She has a varied background in business including writing technical proposals for financial advisory firms. Gina is also an avid reader and when she is not curled up with a good book you can find her enjoying her son, daughter and son-in-law, and their dog, Cairo. She says her super power lies in spending 30 minutes with God every morning before she starts her day.

Trey deMoville
Trey deMoville is a results-driven leader at the intersection of MarTech, automation, and AI. As the Founder and CEO of Immersive Agentics, he specializes in building AI-powered marketing and operations systems that help small businesses scale smarter and faster. With decades of experience across real estate, oil & gas, and digital marketing, Trey has led transformative projects for companies. His expertise spans AI strategy, automation architecture, and CRM integration—bringing operational clarity and measurable results wherever he leads.
At Immersive Agentics, Trey is pioneering the future of small business automation through custom AI chatbots, lead revival systems, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). He leads a small team that uses AI Agentic solutions to drive client productivity while maintaining efficient costs.Trey holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Education from Baylor University.Off the clock, you’ll find him outdoors—whether he’s paddleboarding, crushing a game of pickleball, or training for his next triathlon.
Mei H
Miao is Senior VP, Commercial Lending at Origin Bancorp, bringing extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Their background reflects a strong focus on commercial lending and portfolio management.Previously, Mei served as Vice President, Commercial Lender at Prosperity Bank, contributing to the bank’s commercial lending activities. They also held the position of Senior Vice President and Multicultural Banking Leader at Truist Financial, where they focused on team development and performance. During their tenure at Truist, Mei oversaw team functions and coordinated project execution.
Earlier in their career, Mei briefly contributed as a Community Affairs Specialist at the Fdic. Prior to this, Mei was Vice President and Regional Multicultural Banking Officer at McGriff Insurance Services, where they applied principles of financial analysis and demonstrated capabilities in client advisory. Mei holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Our mission is to empower nonprofits, business leaders, and donors to step into their calling and purpose according to God’s will, based upon Isaiah 61:1-11. We believe that every organization and individual has a unique role to play in advancing the ministry of Christ in the world, and it is our passion to come alongside them and provide the support, resources, and connections they need to fulfill their God-given potential.
